Who we are

About Forticon

Forticon, Inc. builds, repairs and maintains commercial pavement: asphalt paving, removal and replacement, seal coat, striping, concrete sitework and exterior ADA improvements. We work for the people responsible for a property’s pavement: property managers, HOA boards, general contractors, schools, public agencies and the owners of commercial and industrial properties. Since 2015 we have worked out of Oakland across the Bay Area, from Sonoma County to Santa Clara County.

Our services

Asphalt paving, concrete, pavement maintenance and ADA work for commercial properties across the Bay Area.

  1. A Forticon dump truck with its bed raised, feeding hot-mix asphalt to the paver as the crew lays a new mat. 01 Asphalt Asphalt Paving New parking lots, drive aisles and roads, built from the ground up with quality base rock and careful compaction.
  2. A skid steer with a breaker attachment breaking out old asphalt beside an apartment building, with the broken slabs piled along the edge. 02 Asphalt Removal & Replacement Failed pavement taken out, the base corrected and new asphalt built to last, for lots that patching can no longer save.
  3. A crew member on a ride-on machine spraying fresh seal coat along a curb in a commercial parking lot. 03 Maintenance Sealcoating Seal coating protects sound asphalt from sun, water and oil, and evens out the color of a patched, faded lot.
  4. Newly striped accessible parking stalls in blue, with the wheelchair symbol, a no-parking access aisle and posted accessible parking signs. 06 Access ADA Improvements Accessible stalls, access aisles, curb ramps and the route to your entrance, regraded and rebuilt where paint alone won't fix it.

5751 Arnold Road

A 1.5 in overlay across a new development in Dublin, where the curbs, planters and utility boxes were already set. The asphalt had to meet those fixed edges, so when the utility boxes sat high we added 23 tons by change order and built the edges up properly instead of leaving them short.
